Our Fees for Landlords;

  • Full property management; includes providing a referenced tenant with a tenancy agreement and inventory £300 inclusive of VAT and 12% inclusive of VAT of the rent collected on a monthly or 4 weekly basis.
  • For example; if the monthly rent was £450, the fee would be £54 inclusive of VAT
  • Tenant find only; includes providing a referenced tenant with a tenancy agreement and inventory £420 inclusive of VAT.

Our fees for tenants;

  • Tenancy administration fee; covers the cost of obtaining references from previous landlords, income and employment history. This is payable if your application is successful and is £200 inclusive of VAT prior to commitment of the tenancy.
  • Rent in advance; up to one month.
  • Security deposit; usually equivalent to one month’s rent to cover any damage or outstanding rent payment once the property has been vacated.

Security deposits are protected by the Deposit Protection Scheme and we are a member of the Property Ombudsman redress scheme.

CMP is not undertaken by this business.
